The Complaint Handling Framework outlines the NRF Board of Trustees’ commitment to ensuring a fair and consistent process for handling customer complaints.
The NRF Public Complaints Committee is responsible for coordinating the handling and resolution of citizen and customer complaints. This process is guided by the Commission on Administrative Justice’s performance indicator on the “Resolution of Public Complaints.”
