The National Research Fund invites applications from qualified persons for the following position:

Requirements:
- A person shall be qualified for appointment as a Chairperson if such a person:
i. Is a citizen of Kenya
ii. holds a doctorate degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
iii. has at least fifteen (15) years’ experience in leadership and management of public or private institutions;
iv. Has knowledge and proven experience in finance and investment
v. Has proven track record in fund raising and resource mobilization;
vi. Is not a serving public servant; and
vii. Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. - Applicants are required to note that;
All shortlisted applicants shall be required to provide ORIGINALS of the following during the interview:
(a) National Identity card/Passport.
(b) Academic and professional certificates and transcripts.
(c) Commission for University Education Clearance letter for degrees obtained in universities outside the Republic of Kenya.
(d) Valid and current clearance certificates from the:
i. Kenya Revenue Authority.
ii. Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
iii. Department of Criminal Investigation.
iv. Higher Education Loans Board (HELB),
v. Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
HOW TO APPLY
- The application together with detailed Curriculum Vitae, copies of academic and professional certificates, transcripts, National Identity Card or Passport together with relevant testimonials and names and contacts of three (3) referees should be posted to;
